Maarten De Raeymaecker
Service Manager
Maarten combines his passion for ICT and the print industry at Dataline, where he grew from Application Specialist to team leader. With over ten years of experience in the print sector at companies such as Beyaert Printing and Oranje Printing, he ensures optimal service with a strong focus on customer orientation, precise follow-up, and resilience under pressure.
Thomas Couvreur
Application Specialist
With a background in Print Media and Graphic Media Technology, Thomas gained experience at Die Keure and Mercator Press. He joined Dataline in 2016, where his eagerness to learn, patience, and drive make him a perfect fit for his role as a MultiPress Application Specialist.
Steve Neels
Application Specialist
Steve has been part of Dataline for over ten years as a QuoJob Application Specialist and is also responsible for MultiPress upgrades. With extensive experience at companies such as Belgacom and Devizio, he carries out his role with passion and dedication.
Rik Maenhout
Application Specialist
As a Project Manager at Dataline, Rik ensures smooth MultiPress implementations based on his hands-on experience. With a background in the print industry and roles at CREA Printing and Die Keure, he enjoys sharing his expertise with new MultiPress users.
Arjen van Dis
Application Specialist
After working as an order manager and estimator in a print company, Arjen joined Insad over 20 years ago. Since Dataline’s acquisition, he has taken on the role of Application Specialist, responsible for testing, demonstrations, training, support, and development requests for Drumis and MultiPress.
Christian Neitzel
Application Specialist
Christian's passion for computers and software led him from graphic school in Haarlem to expertise in programming languages and certification in all Apple disciplines. After a long career as an Apple System Engineer and owner of an Apple Service company, he found the perfect fit at Dataline as a second-line Application Specialist.
Christy van Boven
Application Support
Christy has over 25 years of experience in the print industry. Before joining Dataline, she worked as an account manager at an offset printing company. Her expertise made her a perfect match for our team, a challenge she embraced with enthusiasm.
Allan Overmans
Application Support
With years of experience in the print industry, including roles at Drukkerij Overmars and Drukkerij de Bij, Allan became a true MultiPress expert. He joined Dataline in September 2021 as an Application Support Engineer, bringing deep knowledge of our business software. With a background in Commercial Economics and specialisations in estimating, time management, and QRM, he has built a strong expertise.
Xavier Gory
Application Support
As a Project Manager at Dataline, Xavier is responsible for planning, coordination, and project management. With a background in Communication and Advertising in Paris and certifications in production management and QHSE, he combines knowledge with hands-on experience. He previously worked as Production Manager at Havas, Supply Chain Manager at Glénat, and has expertise in ERP integration, digital strategy, and process optimisation within the print industry.
Veerle Huysentruyt
Application Support
Since 2022, Veerle has been a central point of contact within the Application Support team as an Application Support Engineer. With years of experience in the print industry, from production supervision to finishing, she has deep industry knowledge. She previously worked at Die Keure and also provided training on print finishing.
Lowie Rogiers
Application Support
Lowie started his training at Dataline in December 2023 and was promoted to Application Support Specialist in January 2024. With a bachelor's degree in Graphic and Digital Media and nine years of experience at MCC Verstraete, he built expertise as an Ink Lab Specialist and later as a Supplier Quality Officer. His analytical approach and problem-solving skills make him a valuable asset to the team.
Bert Soetaert
Application Specialist
Since October 2024, Bert has strengthened the Dataline team as an Application Specialist. With experience as an estimator and MultiPress manager at Die Keure Printing, as well as 14 years as a print shop owner, he brings in-depth expertise in the print sector. He is eager to continue his passion for the trade at Dataline, where he shares knowledge and ideas.

Carmen worked for Palmart and has been a valuable member of the Application Support team since its acquisition by Dataline. She works in a structured manner, both independently and within a team, and remains calm under pressure. Her analytical and solution-oriented mindset makes her a reliable force within Dataline's Application Support team.
Tito Wilson Suris Moscardó
Application Support
Tito worked for six years at Palmart before its acquisition by Dataline in 2023. Now, he is responsible for support, software updates, and ticket handling. With his experience in the company, he ensures smooth user support.
Juan Luis Cervera Pérez
Application Support
Juan Luis has worked at Palmart for 24 years and has been a key team member since its acquisition by Dataline. With extensive expertise in training, configuration, and support, he helps new users make the most of the software. He also manages the technical infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud management, and security.

A paperless order flow? That’s impossible…
Although we’re not entirely paperless yet, 95% of our orders now run fully digitally within the company. Thanks to the integration between our dashboard and MultiPress ERP, all orders from both GBG and Boostyourbox are available in real-time. This means that both the print files for production and the technical drawings for sign installers on-site are instantly accessible.
Any changes to quantities, formats, or delivery addresses made at the office are immediately visible to everyone involved in the process. That makes the work so much easier!
Together with my colleagues and Thomas Couvreur and Alexis D’hoore from Dataline Solutions, we made this happen.
